Geography from home

The GA has launched a new section of website guidance and support, called ‘Geography from home’ to provide students and families with a growing range of ideas, resources and links to support high-quality geographical learning.

Their aim is to share the GA’s expertise in geography education in new and creative ways. These include quizzes to test geographical knowledge, activities to inspire geographical investigations around the home, garden or local area and support for students preparing for A level or university geography courses in coming months.

Teaching Resources

The GA's priority will always be the education of our children and the wellbeing of those who teach them. They have decided to make their online Teaching Resources fully available to access by everyone, effective immediately and until the end of June.

You do not need to be a member of the GA, nor do you need to log in to access these materials.

They hope that this will make life a little easier for teachers and parents who are looking for ways to continue geography education at home.
