Extreme Everest

This resource supports the teaching of the Extreme global impacts unit and focuses on tourism in extreme environments with particular reference to Mount Everest. Students identify where Everest is located and what makes it a popular extreme tourist destination. Also included are activities looking at the issues created by this increased tourism and how these problems can be solved.
