This resource supports the teaching of the Extreme global impacts unit and looks at some of the solutions to the plastics problem. Students assess the advantages and disadvantages of four different solutions, they should then use this knowledge to design their own solution to the plastics problem. There are design criteria for them to follow and a template sheet for them to complete.
