The Brazilian floods of January 2011

This resource is a simple starter activity focused on flooding in Brazil. Students use an image of flooding in Nova Friburgo to complete an empathy based task. The students are asked to imagine themselves in the flood, record their feelings and consider how people should react to the flooding.
