The European Union – rules and regulations
This lesson explores the rules and regulations that EU member states must abide by. Students complete a picture starter activity asking questions about an image of the EU refugee crisis. Students then complete a card sort activity considering some of the key EU regulations and must decide whether they are economic, social/political or environmental. Finally they can complete a leaflet guide on 'How to become a member of the EU'. This can be peer assessed if required.
