Coastal defences

This resource helps students evaluate the different methods of coastal defence. Students should work in groups of four and take on different roles (thinking hats style) to research the effectiveness of one type of coastal defence. They must then summarise the information and present their findings so all students can create a summary table of the eight different methods of coastal management.
